Echire AOC is a salted cow's milk butter bar from France. It is a famed artisanal French butter, made from the milk of cows of the small village of Poitiers and La Rochelle. This bar of Echire salted butter has a light texture, it is lightly salted, and has a subtle, divine flavor. Known as one of the best butters in France, Echire butter is served in the finest dining establishments (which is why the French covet this butter and keep 85% of the production within France). This sophisticated butter won AOC protected status, and is produced mostly by hand. Butter bar, 8.8 oz.

Heating Instructions	Oven: Bake at 400° F for 2 minutes or until hot. A non-stick baking pan or parchment paper is recommended. Microwave: Remove blinis from packaging and microwave for 15-20 seconds.

Direction for use	Preheat oven to 302 °F (150 °C), then bake for about 12 minutes in included aluminum tray. Take out as soon as butter starts boiling and serve while hot. Do not microwave.
