Blue Stilton Cheese is a cow's milk, sharp creamy cheese with blue veins that comes from the award winning, Hartington Creamery in England. This blue cheese is "The King of English Cheese", vegetarian, and made of pasteurized, local, Derbyshire cow's milk. It is handmade and graded by experienced cheese makers before being matured for approximately 9 weeks in carefully controlled conditions. It is buttery and very creamy in texture with a clean, earthy tang. Cut cheese, up to 10.6 lb.
