Marky's imported Siberian Sturgeon caviar is made from farm-raised Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). Nevertheless, its taste and flavor are quite similar to that of wild-caught Osetra caviar.
Its glistering, light to dark gray beads are of medium size and have a tender structure that melts in the mouth, uncovering a subtle, nutty flavor with notes of sea breeze.
Our caviars come in glass jars or metal tins, depending on availability. If you would like to ensure that you receive your caviar in a container of your choice, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to specify which, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
