This Siberian Sturgeon caviar from Marky's is harvested from the offspring of the original Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) fingerlings of one of the biggest aquafarms of the world in Italy.

It is well known among connoisseurs for its delicate, buttery taste with just a hint of sea salt. The pearls are medium size, have a tender structure, and effortlessly melt in your mouth. This caviar is sought after both for its excellent taste and affordable price.
