Our langoustines (also known as “Norway lobsters”) are caught off the shores of Scotland. Their flesh is firm and sweet and they can be consumed in multiple ways. From grilling, to sautéing in rice and pasta and making them into delicious seafood fillings, you can't go wrong with langoustines.

Did you know that the biggest markets for langoustines are France and Spain where they are known as "cigalas"? Harvesting langoustines is done in a similar way to harvesting lobsters, using pots or creels that are laid on the seabed, where the langoustines scavenge for worms and small fish. Hauling up lobster pots can be a grueling task, particularly when it takes place in the unforgiving and cold waters of the North Sea.

Directions for UseRinse thoroughly in clean, cold water. To reconstitute, place in a non-reactive bowl and add boiling water to cover. Let sit for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
