To Serve  

Refrigerate before serving. Open both ends with a can opener and push on one end to remove content from tin. Cut into ¼ inch slices and display these slices on the center of the plate. Add ground pepper to taste. Serve slightly chilled with or spread on top of French bread or brioche. Remember to accompany it with chilled French dessert wines or champagne.
