Zamorano DOP is a hard, unpasteurized, sheep's milk cheese from the region of Zamora, Spain. This hard cheese takes almost 6 months to mature fully. It has a pale yellow color and a zigzag patterned rind. Its texture is crumbly texture and its aroma is sweet. The unique flavor comes from the Castilian Churra sheep breed whose milk helps produce this sweet, nutty, and salty cheese. Cut cheese, up to 6 lb.
