Smoked Salmon with Crème Fraiche and Lemon
Ingredients:
4 Slices of Sour Dough Bread
8 oz Smoked Salmon
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Crème Fraiche
1 oz Capers
1 oz Salmon keta roe
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place sourdough slices in the oven for 4 mins or until crispy.
- Serve sourdough with crème fraiche, lemon, and salmon roe.
- Drizzle olive oil over salmon to finish and taste.
