We decided to do part 2 of our select popular mushroom recipes. These recipes are easy to make and quick and the ingredients will be easily available in your pantry. Make sure to check them out. So, without any further ado, let's dive into our recipes.
This spaghetti is made with a simple mushroom sauce. It takes less time to cook and is not that difficult to make which makes it perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
-1 pound spaghetti
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 onion, diced
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 pounds mushrooms, sliced
-1/2 cup dry white wine
-1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add onions and garlic, and let them cook until they soften, for about 5 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
4. Stir in white wine, then add crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
5. Drain spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine. Serve with parsley. Enjoy!

-8 oz. of mushrooms
-3 cloves of garlic
-1/4 cup of honey
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Take a damp paper towel and begin cleaning the mushrooms.
3. Remove stems from mushrooms.
4. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
6. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the mushrooms.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

-1/2 cup vegetable broth
-1 tablespoon cornstarch
-1 teaspoon sugar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
-1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
-1 cup snow peas, trimmed
-3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together broth, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large skillet or wok over high heat, heat oil until hot. Add mushrooms, onion, snow peas, and garlic; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Add the broth mixture; cook, stirring constantly until the sauce boils and thickens.

-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-1/4 cup of dry white wine
Instructions:
1. Get the oven preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Drizzle olive oil and white wine over the mixture, and stir until moistened.
4. Stuff mushrooms with the bread crumb mixture.
5. Place mushrooms on a lightly greased baking sheet.
