Shiso & Lime Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons shiso leaves, chopped (or substitute with basil)

- Zest of 1 lime

- Pinch of salt

- 4 large egg yolks, lightly beaten

- 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice (optional)

 

Instructions:
