We bring you the only Beluga available for consumption in the United States, straight from our partner Sturgeon AquaFarms in Bascom, FL. The fish has boneless, white, delicate, and nutritious meat. It is similar in texture to tuna and makes for a perfect fish entrée - fried, smoked, baked, grilled, or BBQ'ed.
