The yellow ocher color and woody taste of this virgin hazelnut oil is as intense as its gourmet flavor. Our oil mill selects hazelnuts grown in France to produce this intense and delicate gourmet oil. Simply extracted by pressing pre-toasted and crushed hazelnuts, it has optimal nutritional values and an authentic taste.

Use hazelnut oil cold or after cooking:

In seasoning (especially on lamb's lettuce)

A splash on carrots, cabbage, and squash

To enhance the flavor of fine fish, pork roast, veal or poultry
