Mozzarella Nodini

Our artisanal, fresh Mozzarella Nodini Italian cheese is made from cow’s milk and formed into little knots by "knotting" mozzarella. These knots have a shiny surface and a nicely firm texture. Mozzarella Nodini have a high moisture content, with a texture that is firmer and flavor that is milder than buffalo mozzarella. They have a slightly off-white color. Nevertheless, they have a very creamy taste.
