Each dish is carefully composed to ensure a bold, yet simplistic culinary adventure with flavors reminiscent of Japan. Our experts will also help you find the perfect sake or Japanese beer pairing for your meal. While dishes at Makino change every day based upon the market selection of fresh seafood, you will be lucky to taste Chef Yasu’s infamous “Wag-Uni Truffle”–an A5 wagyu, Japanese sea urchin, and fresh truffle masterpiece.
