Kaluga Fusion Black Caviar is a farm-raised hybrid, cross bred from sturgeon species of Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrencki. This caviar has large and glossy pearls, which range in hues from light grey to black. The pearls are filled with a creamy and nutty taste complemented by hints of an ocean sea breeze.
