Boil pasta and leave some water for the sauce. Heat frying pan. Add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped anchovies, chopped olives. Mix. Add chopped tomatoes and Mediterranio Mix. Stir for 2 min. Add some water from the boiling pasta. Boil for 2 more min. Add cheese and fresh basil. Serve with grated parmesan.
